PTO After School Enrichment (ASE)
This year, the PTO is pleased to offer an online registration process through CommunityPass for After-School Enrichment (ASE), and the registration window opens tonight, Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at 7:00 PM, via the included link - https://register.capturepoint.com/FersonCreekElementaryPTO
Students are invited to register for up to 4 classes between tonight, Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at 7:00 PM through Saturday, January 14, 2017, at 11:59 PM.
From Sunday, January 15, 2017 to Friday, January 20, 2017, at 11:59 PM, they are invited to register for additional classes.
Classes run from Wednesday, February 1, 2017 to Tuesday, February 28, 2017, from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM, unless otherwise noted in the class catalog which can be viewed online via the link or via the included attachment. There will be no classes on Monday, February 20th, as it is a non-attendance day for students & staff.
When registering via CommunityPass, you will be prompted to create an account or to log in as an existing user. If you are a repeat user, please make sure to update your email address and your child's current grade & teacher.
At the end of the online registration process, you will be prompted to pay via credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, you will need to complete and return the attached paper registration form & check made out to the Ferson Creek PTO, to the main office no later than Friday, January 20, 2017 ... If you register via the paper registration form, please note confirmations will not be sent, and you will only be notified/refunded if the course is full or canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
Please send a healthy, dry snack from home - no nut products, please, as students will have 10 minutes prior to the start of ASE to eat.
Students are to be picked up by an adult in the gym no later than 4:15 PM, unless the time is otherwise noted in the class catalog.
If you are interested and available to volunteer as students transition to/from the gym or to assist the instructors with material distribution and clean up during the classes, please contact Liz Holcomb via email at email@example.com
If D303 cancels school and/or after-school activities due to inclement weather, there will be no ASE classes. The PTO will make every effort to reschedule the classes, however, there is no guarantee as this is dependent on the availability of the instructors. The PTO will refund money if they are unable to reschedule a class.
