At the elementary level in District 303, all interested 5th grade students are invited to register for band and to play one of the following instruments:

• Flute Oboe
  
• Clarinet Saxophone
  
• French Horn Trumpet
  
• Trombone Baritone
  
• Tuba Percussion
  

*In order to play percussion, students need to have taken a minimum of two years of piano.

At Ferson Creek, our students meet for individual or small group lessons one time per week during the instructional day with our Instrumental Music (Band) Teacher. In addition, they participate in a large group rehearsal before school on Thursday mornings from 7:30 AM to 8:25 AM and in two evening concerts.
